I ordered a personalized orange dog collar. Based on the stock picture, it looked like a primary color orange. When it was delivered it was a bright neon orange. I reached out to customer service but was told orange is orange.

Thank you for your feedback Sarah and we apologize that your experience with the product you received was not up to your standards. That is the same orange collar that we sell and we have no other variants for it.

Quality was inconsistent. I ordered qty 5 bamboo trivets and 4 of them were printed in alignment with the grain and looked great even though the color of the wood varied greatly. 1 was printed about 30 degrees off from the grain so it looks "crooked". I also ordered 6 cutting boards. 3 of them looked great. 2 of them looked VERY light so hard to see and 1 of them had a flaw in the corner of the board. If all products looked like the ones that were good, this would be a 5-star review but unfortunately the quality was inconsistent.

Hello Keri, We are sorry to hear that you did not find the items that you received to your liking. Since we use 100% natural wood we can’t guarantee how the grain of the wood will affect the product. Due to the nature of wood products, the actual shade and color of our engraving may vary slightly from lighter to darker.

I purchased a cutting board for a gift. The board was advertised to be two-tone. It arrived very quickly (thank you). But, if there is any difference in the tones, I can't see it. It certainly is not like the picture. However, I am pleased with the design. So, I'm not thrilled with the result of the cutting board but I am happy with the promptness of delivery.

Honestly I was a little disappointed. I had.purchased a similar item a few years ago & it was beautiful. This time it was just ok. The etching was not consistent, so it is different shades. Not bad enough to request a refund, but not great. Also had problems using a Groupon, but customer service was helpful once I got through to them.

Liked the collar, but even though I measured my dogs neck, it’s about 2” too big whyI get it as small as it will go. 😣
