While I do think the majority of your products are good, you consistently fail to get them shipped in a timely fashion. I try to purchase as many things as I can from companies around the US for Christmas. I have always received my order from Qualtry late, every single year, regardless of what your emails say. If an order should ship on 7-10 days, and it always ships in around 21 days, just say that!

I used to order years ago and it was always fast. I orders in November 28 and received my order on December 26. Quality items but they were gifts that were late.

This last spoon I ordered is not of the same quality as the previous spoons I ordered. I am highly disappointed.

I received a large order for Christmas gifts for fam and friends. All looks good with the exception of one the 6 cork table place mats is damaged.

I have been ordering from Qualtry for years. I’ve notice when I place a large order it takes about a month to be fulfilled. This has happen several times. Also the quality of the engraving can be subpar. I think maybe there should be a quality control measure put into place. The majority of the items are satisfactory and for the price that I pay the product are a nice value. Just be cautious when making a large order of multiple different products.

I put in a large order including the childrens personalized pillow cases. Two of them are cocked and off centered. It is obvious when you hold them up, they need to be redone and they were Christmas gifts.

I sent an email to you guys as the board I received for Roger and Sandi was not correct. The last letter in Sandi looks like a J. The script is not what I remember should be. Please advise how can I return or what resolution we have?

I have ordered twice from here. The first time everything was good. Nice quality of products and awesome sale prices. This time however I received an order with two things I did not even order, messed up initialing and colors, and then missing things. I have contacted them and they’re supposed to be fixing this issue

Hi I love the products but I ordered 2 sets of 2 bamboo coasters but only 1 coaster came for each design. I will need to order an additional coaster I was disappointed because they were gifts and will not arrive for the holiday. Thanks Laurie Sylvia.

The pillow case came dirty like it was dropped on a dirty floor and was stuck to the mailing envelope so when I unwrapped it I snipped a tiny hole in it. It is cute but I can’t give as a gift with a hole in it.

I received the personalized coasters very quick shipping even near the holiday. The came out great! The only reason I gave 3 starts is because I ordered 2 bottles of the wood conditioner but only received 1. I emailed them and called them and still haven't gotten a response over a week later. Little disappointed that they haven't contacted me about the discrepancy.

I ordered items on Nov. 29th and finally received Dec. 21st. Had to change the address where to deliver as I already missed giving out the first 15 of my gifts. Customer service did respond but never was able to give an update as to when the items would be shipped. They were designed, but they didn't have enough help in the shipping and handling department! Items were finished being made, no one available to ship, once shipped, received pretty fast.

Great products Not enough customer service Hours should have been extended during specials and holidays One order was messed up - still missing 4 items and received one for someone else One order was missing 2 pieces. Unable to discuss with customer service. Calls are not returned. Listening to the robotic answering machine is cold and indifferent. You do not honor your rushed shipping rates. Paid for but never receive. Told you were out of stock - Amazing that orders were still being taken. Problem is not products but service.

Honestly, this is a rating for your business practices, not your products. The products are amazing and a great value. The problem is when you promise 5-8 business days, and I ordered November 28, but didn't receive the order until December 21. I am an elementary school administrator and our district closed on December 16 for the holidays. All 30 items in my order were staff gifts, and they are not going to get them until we return from winter break now, as I am out of the area, too, and had a neighbor pick up the box for me. It was a very easy website to use, and I love your products, but I am very disappointed with the execution of my order.

The products turned out great. But they were very late. Took almost a month to receive so that is why the three stars. It messed up our gift giving.
