I never received my order in time for Christmas. With that, Qualtry said that they would still be shipping the order and I was going to be credited the full amount (which I was). However, I never received my complete/full order. So I waited thinking maybe separate packaging, however, to date nothing more has arrived.

I like pillow covers but zippers not sew into pillow cover correctly. The pillow insert does not have enough stuffing.

So surprised for the price that the material is so thin! The monogram is pretty, but would not reorder.

Have ordered in the past and love the product. This order came in dirty with some sort of residue around the custom engraved area. It cleaned up okay, but surprised me that it came in this way.

While I was happy that that came fast. One was wrong and only came with half a name on it so was a little disappointed as it was suppose to be a gift for a friend who went through a loss.

I love the products but the purchase process thru Groupon was unnecessarily difficult and cumbersome. Also, padding the bill for shipping the way it was applied was ridiculous. It stopped me from buying anything further from Qualtry. I remember a similar experience a few years ago. I thought I recognized your name during the purchase. Now I know I did and regrettably, did not listen to my instincts and avoid the purchase.

Love the collar I bought for my dog, but it's much too big. I ordered a size small and it is more than double long for my pooch. I wish measurements were easier to find on the website so I would've known what size to order. I'm not sure I can return it, since it was a custom order?

I wish they stayed somewhere the initials need to be in the order you want them on the product and not in order of the names. The large center initial on these is the middle name initial now.

While I like the items VERY much, the shipping timeline has now TWICE ruined giving the gift on time. VERY disappointing.

The sale prices were great. This was my first purchase (Christmas gifts) with Qualtry. My manager had purchased some items and brought them for me to see. I fell in love with the cutting board. Unfortunately, I had a bad experience with getting my order and being able to speak with someone about my order. I placed my order on 12/10/22, and attempted to contact the company the following Monday because I wanted to make sure I had placed the order correctly for the Beanie sets. I called the contact number 10 times and called continuously for the next three weeks. I was never able to interact with anyone via the two telephone numbers I had or the chat on the website. My order finally came on January 3rd. Because of the prices and quality, I will may give Qualtry another try in the future.

I would like to give 5 stars but I can't...shipping is never consistent and even when you order a month in advance you can't guarantee your items will arrive on time. However, they are great quality products at decent prices.

The items came on time. Half were REALLY nice, half were bad. The bad half has engraving that is so light you can't read it. They are for my housewarming, but I feel really bad giving them away...looks low budget. On the other hand, I bought personalized Christmas stockings and gifts bags from them and they were BEAUTIFUL.

Their products are great. Communication is terrible. Packaging of items are done fabulous. Getting your orders in a timely manner is horrible.

This is the second time that I have ordered the reusable bags and though I am very happy with the quality of these they are a lot nicer than those previously purchased! The graphics on the reordered bags is more vibrant and clearly a better quality than the first bags ordered! The newer bag is also SMALLER than the first bags. Not happy with the new one because it’s smaller and the recipients know it. Thanks for not getting the bags here on time and ruining the use of the bags because they’re smaller!😡
