I love the products but the purchase process thru Groupon was unnecessarily difficult and cumbersome. Also, padding the bill for shipping the way it was applied was ridiculous. It stopped me from buying anything further from Qualtry.
I remember a similar experience a few years ago. I thought I recognized your name during the purchase. Now I know I did and regrettably, did not listen to my instincts and avoid the purchase.
