The tote bag is perfect, exactly what I thought it would be like. The wallet/money clips however were a bit disappointing. In the picture (the blind) appears the monogram is a darker brown. When they came I was surprised to see only embossed without any darker brown coloring. My son like it so I just ordered him one and one other this time with gold embossing. Prices are also reasonable.

Very pleased with the quality, but so disappointed with customer service. I have called multiple times and left messages for someone to cal me back, because you only get a recording. I have a problem with one item and I can't get thru to anyone

Quality of products are great but I didn’t receive everything I ordered. Ordered 7 total pillow inserts add on and only two came. Support had not been replying my email yet. I was going to say great quality and fast shipping based on my other orders and this had disappointed me. Update: phone call to support was not working. It was always busy. After 2 days of waiting, support emailed back and they would ship ASAP.

Disappointed with shipping packaging. Some items have scratches due to not having packing between items.

Ordering was easy, as usual with Qualtry. Engravings on cutting boards are clean, deep, and look great. Engravings on mugs are much smaller than I would expect. I mean, much much smaller -- difficult to see unless held closely. That's disappointing. I wouldn't order these mugs again because of the small size of the engraving.

I love your products but unfortunately my purchase of the special delivery Santa box was smashed into pieces when it arrived. Someone packed most of my other items in the box & when it arrived the box itself was in pieces from being over loaded. I need a refund

The edging is so shallow and light . All the boards use to be darker wording on the multi colored board. It's a Christmas gift so it's to bad.

Aside from taking a long time to receive PART OF MY ORDER, when it was delivered, one of the items is misspelled. It shows ELMMA instead of EMMA. EMMA is the correct name. Then, I have tried to contact by phone and email to request a replacement and unable to do that. No order form or packing slip in envelope. Other part of order not received yet.

The knives came out beautifully and received very fast. Only thing 2as the Groupons i bought I was supposed to get 3 personalized knives and o ly 2 of the three I received.
