Quality of products are great but I didn’t receive everything I ordered. Ordered 7 total pillow inserts add on and only two came. Support had not been replying my email yet. I was going to say great quality and fast shipping based on my other orders and this had disappointed me.
Update: phone call to support was not working. It was always busy. After 2 days of waiting, support emailed back and they would ship ASAP.
