I placed my order on Dec. 7, 2022 but did not receive it till Jan. 3, 2023 which was already late for Christmas presents. Fortunately, the items were exactly how they were described and I was very pleased. Just hope Qualtry would be more prompt in servicing orders as soon as they are placed. Courier service was great - tracking the order every step. Delay was from Qualtry who did not act on the order until I followed up with them.
