I like Qualtry - I've ordered from you multiple times. I ordered a variety of Christmas gifts on December 13th and was excited that A) I got a chunk of gifts knocked out in one spot on time and B) my family would be happy with their personalized gifts. Your website stated that each of the items would be prepared for delivery within 4 days or less, and because I ordered over $100 shipping was included. Great - everything should be shipped by Friday, which gave me more than a week to receive the gifts before Christmas.
The items actually shipped late in the day on Monday the 19th thru Fedex. Fedex guaranteed delivery by Friday the 23rd, at least according to their tracking information.
On Friday evening, that tracking information updated the delivery date to "Pending."
I finally received the order on the afternoon of Tuesday the 27th. I had to race around & buy other gifts for my family on Saturday, none of which I was very pleased with. Half of them were just gift cards. I was not going to reach out to FedEx or Qualtry about this because life goes on, these are essentially first-world problems, but I received this email for a survey. I will say it did put a huge damper on our Christmas and was a somewhat of stressful time, opposed to my initial excitement.
As for the products themselves: Everything is mostly fine. I'll review them individually below.
If I would ask anything of Qualtry, it would be a credit towards a future purchase. I would like to keep using your website, and that would go a long way towards me doing so.
