I made a purchase that arrived after Christmas, they had stated they would expedite it. And of it was to arrive after the holiday, they would make it right. I contacted them in regard to the issue. And have not receive any response from your company. I have shopped with your company several times. This order was very disappointing. Holiday is over and I need to get other gifts to replace these.
I also had another order that did arrive on time. But one of the glasses came broken. Which they are doing a replacement on.
Apparently this review is on the high ball glass order and not my other order
