I recently places an order well before Christmas. A day or 2 later, I sent an email requesting a change in the monogramming on a small bag. Instead of her full name, I requested dropping the last 3 letters to create her nickname. I was sent an apology email stating the order had already been submitted and could not be changed. I received part of my order and have yet to receive the rest of it. The 2nd half of the order includes the requested change. I cannot access the information to see an expected ship or arrival date, plus my order was not correct. I've never had issues of any kind with Qualtry in the past, and cannot express the level of disappointment I am experiencing. Jennifer
