“I recently places an order well before Christmas. A day or 2 later, I sent an email requesting a change in the monogramming on a small bag. Instead of her full name, I requested dropping the last 3 letters to create her nickname. I was sent an apology email stating the order had already been submitted and could not be changed. I received part of my order and have yet to receive the rest of it. The 2nd half of the order includes the requested change. I cannot access the information to see an expected ship or arrival date, plus my order was not correct. I've never had issues of any kind with Qualtry in the past, and cannot express the level of disappointment I am experiencing. Jennifer”

“I ordered two cutting boards and an apron on November 11, 2023 and I STILL HAVE NOT RECEIVED THE APRON and I didn't receive the cutting boards until December 26, 2023 and I had to contact you all to draw attention to it!”

“I wish Qualtry would use other shipping methods as opposed to the USPS. It was a nightmare. I received my order way after Christmas time and it was very disappointing. The beautiful items I purchased for family and friends (AND MY BOSSES AR WORK) were given to them AFTER Christmas AND some I still have not been able to give to them because they live out of town. So sad.”

“I never got the throw pillow I ordered! I paid for it, but never received it. Their response to my pleas for help were less than helpful; always a programmed response that didn't address my request for help. I did receive a cutting board I ordered.”

“Totally deceptive in your advertising I purchased a deal on Groupon which said I would get charged $8.49 While purchasing I could see the price of $39.99 and that the coupon applied but expected that I would see the final price once I completed the purchase I did not I got charged the full price and it did not arrive till after Christmas I immediately got a hold of Groupon and today after multiple e mails they told me I was too late I feel deceived and that you and Groupon are unethical”

“Your merchandise is nice but not worth the poor communication and shipping time. I placed my order on Dec 4th. My order was divided into 2 parts and I received 1 of the parts the day after Christmas. It is now Jan 6th and I still have not received the other part of my order. These were all Christmas gifts and I am unhappy with this poor service.”

“It took almost 2 months for my order to be completed. I ordered the glasses, beer opener and cutting board the first week of November so I could have them for Christmas gifts and even after multiple messages to the company, they arrived after Christmas. Do not order if you want it in time.”

“I had a terrible experience.I have ordered things from quality in the past and had no issues. This time I ordered Christmas Stockings near to Thanksgiving. Unfortunately, they did not arrive until after Christmas. I was forced to purchase some elsewhere and now I am stuck with both!”

“I ordered several items on November 26th and was required to pay for Express shipping - which was almost as much as my order. I did not receive my items until December 26th. I was ultimately happy with the purchases - but was not happy about being required to pay for express shipping and still not receiving my items until after Christmas.”

“I've purchased quite a few boards from here. Loved each one! Looks so much better in person! I love how we can customize the wording. I would recommend purchasing the oil to help maintain the wood. the ink has faded on my older boards but could be because I didn't take good care of them. Overall great product for the price!”

“The item I ordered was great quality, well worth the price. The customer service and processing time was disappointing. I was taken back by that as I have had such a positive experience in the past. I understand it’s the holidays and a very busy time of year. I feel my item that I ordered in early December only arrived the day before Christmas because I kept reaching out for a status update. Had I not done so, I feel my order would have arrived well after Christmas.”
