“I was very disappointed with Qualtry. I placed a big order in the beginning of November and the order was delivered right before Christmas. It took way too long for delivery and one of the key items was missing. It was an ornament with a picture of a dear bride and groom from their recent wedding and I was very excited to give that as a gift. Very disappointing and not sure I will trust Qualtry for purchases again.”

“Very happy with all the products we received that were gifts for Christmas. The shipping time was longer than we had anticipated but the company did give us an updated shipping label and we received everything in time for Christmas. The quality was very good”

“Unfortunately, after ordering from Qualtry for 3 years, this last experience was so disappointing you have lost me as a customer, and I can no longer recommend the company to others as I used to do. My orders, #2206014 placed Nov 24 and #2206736 Nov 27, did not arrive until Dec 21st. I had several interactions with customer service that proved to be even more frustrating. I was told my order was processed and going to be shipped, only to be told a few days later that my order was still in production. This went back and forth but I could not get any real help or useful answers. The customer service representative showed no concern and offered no compensation. I tried over 20 times to reach customer service on the phone hoping for more accurate information, I was never able to get through. All I ever got was the recording. When the items did arrive, one of them was completely wrong. It was the wrong name, wrong style and one of the serving cups was broken. They replaced it but I did not receive it until Dec 27th and again the customer service representative showed no concern for the poor service and continued frustration and inconvenience this was causing me.”

“I think it socks! You guys waited and waited then gave me a tracking number that never was shipped! Then, 3 days before Christmas I get an email saying I got a credit because it was out of stock!”

“Ordered the large velour bags to hold presents -customized, pillow cases with kids names on them and kid names puzzles. Highly recommend the first 2 items-good quality. The puzzles were cute, small and thin. I would pass on the puzzles if ordering again.”

“Ordered 3 items, all personalized. I received 2 of them together. When I checked the delivery status it indicated all 3 had been delivered. I looked all over my house thinking I missed it in the packing material. Then, I received a separate package about a week later with the 3rd item. Their delivery status was not accurate and caused confusion. Products are good, delivery and tracking are not...”
