“i've ordered many times from qualtry and received great service, but this time not so! i had ordered four custom engraved coasters but received only one. contacted qualtry with the issue and was told they would sent the remaining three -- again, received only one! contacted qualtry again, was told they would send the remaining two -- again, received only one! once more i needed to contact qualtry to receive the final fourth coaster. can't imagine how many others received this type of service and reply. you need to step up your game.”

“Half of my Christmas gifts that were ordered on Black Friday have yet to arrive. Even with your email "heads up" that orders would be delayed, this has been a poor customer experience. I will rethink using your company again.”

“But completely understandings your system. I purchased 3 items from your company thru Groupon and never got the change to use them due to the item was always out of stock when I tried to redeem. The vouchers expired. I sent email asking what should I do. I was informed to contact Groupon for a refund. So I purchased more item thru your website after the expired vouchers . And my purchase was handle quick and I received my orders after the date I was promise.”
