“I placed 2 orders. 12/5 and 12/6. I got my order on 12/5. I didn't get my order for 12/6 until after Christmas. I didn't get any info about it being late. I started sending messages to you around the 14-15th of the month to ensure my items would come in on time. They didn't. I was told at first that my items would be to me by the 21st and then when asked again, was told they wouldn't. I was also told that I would get a partial refund and I didn't. I asked for a free item since the people that the gifts were for are no longer here to get their gifts. So I can't do anything with them now. It really sucks that this happened and I am saddened by this. It is not my first time ordering from you. But I thought someone would at least compensate me for the lateness and my wasted money since I can't give these people their gifts and I'm not sending them to them either. Cost too much. I still have part of my order not here and now I can't give those gifts for Christmas. It is too late.”

“I have ordered from Qualtry before and gotten some very nice gifts for people. This time the order took way too long with no notice that there was a delay. I had alot of trouble trying to find a way to communicate with them. I finally received the order and was happy that it had arrived on time to give to most of my giftees, however the quality of the order was less than I had previously had. The cutting boards looked like they had been finished in a rush as the stain that makes the wording stand out was not evenly distributed and not present at all on some of the items, making them hard to read. I will order from them again. Thank you”
