Ordered 2 dog collars, one small and one medium. The size of your collars are incorrect. The medium size could have fit a German Shepard. Very unhappy and won’t be using your company again!

While I love Qualtry's numerous items and their quality has always been outstanding, their Christmas shipping schedule left something to be desired...along with their communication about such. I ordered several items for Christmas on November 30, with all of the items being listed as shipping in 1-2 business days. The week before Christmas, I'd received no shipping notice and no updates. I reached out to customer care...and while the agent was extremely helpful, the company should have taken the initiative to reach out first with an update. While all the actual gifts arrived in time for Christmas, I'm STILL waiting on the personal item I had in the order.

Product quality is outstanding, not expensive at all and arrived on time just as expected. Second time i buy items from Qualtry and use them as presents

I received doubles of two items I ordered. Another order took 4 weeks to receive- but did arrive before Christmas with many back and forth emails. Quality control needs revisiting at this company. I DID like my items-

I placed an order on 11/2/23 and received it on 12/23/23. I followed up numerous times through the customer service chat but kept receiving messages that orders are processed in 4 business days. This was clearly not the case. I requested that the order be overnighted to me but did not receive a response. I finally received a shipping label on 12/15/23 but the order was not shipped until 12/20/23. The gifts I mailed to friends and relatives were late and I incurred extra shipping charges to mail some. I have been a very loyal customer for many years and the quality of the products are great. I am so disappointed with the customer service.

I made a purchase that arrived after Christmas, they had stated they would expedite it. And of it was to arrive after the holiday, they would make it right. I contacted them in regard to the issue. And have not receive any response from your company. I have shopped with your company several times. This order was very disappointing. Holiday is over and I need to get other gifts to replace these. I also had another order that did arrive on time. But one of the glasses came broken. Which they are doing a replacement on. Apparently this review is on the high ball glass order and not my other order

I purchased 2 items as Christmas presents with plenty of time to receive them. One item came in the mail without the other. I notified your company and heard the day before Christmas Eve I believe, that you were out of stock, and you refunded me the list price of the item. This gave me no time to shop for something else to replace the item that did not arrive, and you did not return the taxes or adjust the shipping fees to account for the fact that I only received one item. I contacted your company but have heard nothing about making the price adjustment. You ask below about receiving a refund. I have marked "very hard" etc. because I have not yet received an adjustment for taxes and shipping. I would not have ordered one item who's shipping price was more than twice the cost of the item.

Last year my Christmas gift order from Qualtry was well-done and received in a timely fashion. This year, however, I placed my order in mid-November and did not receive it for more than six weeks. And this was after I contacted Qualtry to inquire - 'what happened to your 2-week shipping policy?' I was grateful they responded well to this inquiry, however, as a courtesy, it would behoove Qualtry to notify customers when an order is going to be so grossly overdue. And I had already paid extra for "Personalized in the USA," which was (according to their website) supposed to save shipping time. Too, Qualtry would do well to add a live person to their communication options. Overall, still pleased with the quality of the items.

Love the collars but just upset because I ordered too quickly & Did NOT choose the correct color For Daisy Lou's Collar leaving it barely to see her name & phone number. Duke's came out great! DID NOT realize I had to choose lettering-was in a rush. Do not want to spend extra money right now for an additional collar.

Black marks on back. Rough work. Not glazed. I had to buy glaze and do it myself. Cannot submit photo. Already gave away after fixing ornament by myself

Even though I paid for priority shipping, it still took 3 weeks to get my order! I had talked to Qualtry twice and both times were told my order was almost complete and would be shipped out in a few days and it still took weeks.

I was very disappointed with Qualtry. I placed a big order in the beginning of November and the order was delivered right before Christmas. It took way too long for delivery and one of the key items was missing. It was an ornament with a picture of a dear bride and groom from their recent wedding and I was very excited to give that as a gift. Very disappointing and not sure I will trust Qualtry for purchases again.

Every personalized gift I ordered from Qualtry was deeply loved by the recipient. I bought knives, multi tool knives and cutting boards and everyone was touched. I will definitely be buying again.

Very happy with all the products we received that were gifts for Christmas. The shipping time was longer than we had anticipated but the company did give us an updated shipping label and we received everything in time for Christmas. The quality was very good
