To begin I bought this on Groupon and received a discount code to use when actually ordering the cutting board. Qualtry would not honor the discount code and would not answer my chat. Makes me wonder why they were even on Groupon unless it is a less expensive way of advertising I did order the item directly and paid triple once I did this they responded to me and I received it in a reasonable amount of time. I did end up paying over triple compared to the same item on groupon
