After an initial hiccup with the use of a Groupon voucher, things went smoothly and quickly. I highly recommend their products. This is the second time that I have purchased this charger to give as a gift. Just be aware that if you are using a Groupon voucher, it does not automatically apply as it states in the offer. You must submit your voucher code which requires an extra step in requesting that code from Groupon customer service.
