The quality of the ornaments aren’t what I’m used to from Personalization Mall. They feel rough and gritty. It amazes me that none got broken since they were packed together with no paper between them!!! I paid an extra $10 for early delivery and I just got them yesterday! I must say that I was extremely satisfied with the pillowcases I had made and the sketch books, those were terrific!!!
