I ordered two personalized aprons on December 2nd. The order was somehow overlooked. On December 19th, I contacted Qualtry Support since I had still not received my order. I texted with Kirvy Alcalde who went out of her way to help expedite my order so that I might get it before Christmas. I didn't hold out much hope, but as I was leaving to go to our Christmas Eve celebration, the mailman delivered my package. I want to acknowledge this excellent customer service by Kirvy Alcalde.
