This was a 2 month disaster with flawed products and inexcusable customer service. I ordered 14 personalized Large Santa Bags in October. Website said product is in stock, mailed in 2-4 days...5-8 days to receive. Two representatives said I would receive them by November 14...actually, the products were held in U.S. Customs. I received 13 Bags on Christmas Eve..1 Bag missing. 7 Bags had a misspelled name or peeling or missing stencils. Customer service is a joke..instead of replacing the 7 damaged and 1 missing bags, they offer a 50% code for my next order...Seriously? I'm out $215 for the original order..2 months of extreme stress..14 extremely disappointed children and very angry ME, my husband and our Church members.
