At first I was disappointed that I my initial order from November 25 and 26th wasn’t fulfilled and so I inquired about my order if it would be delivered by Christmas. I spoke with a customer service representative and he told me that the company ran out of stock on the Santa bags. When I heard that I was a bit frustrated because put my order in awhile back and I was anticipating a package by Christmas at least. I wrote back that I actually wanted a refund but I didn’t never received a response back from the agent. The next thing I knew I had an email from the company confirming that my shipment was processed and going to be delivered very soon. I was surprised. I did actually received one of the 3 packages on Christmas Eve! Needless to say I am very satisfied with how it turned out and this makes up for my frustration. I’m glad I didn’t cancel my order because I absolutely love it! My little daughter was so delighted to open it on Christmas Day. I look forward to getting more products in the near future. Thank you. It’s a personal favorite and my husband couldn’t stop talking about how cool the Santa Bag was. That made our day.
