Ordered custom Christmas gift sacks/bags 11/26. Delivered 12/27. I Called several times and no one answered, left message twice. No call back. Shipping was not the issue as it was not received by USPS, for shipment/delivery until 12/24. Unacceptable. I’ve ordered many times from Qualtry and have been more than satisfied on every order, except this one. No other purpose for this $110 order except Christmas, and now it’s a waste. This experience will be my last with Qualtry, largely due to extreme lack of customer service when attempting to find out the status of my extremely delayed order.
