I purchased an executive gift for a supervisor on December 12…it didn’t arrive until January 3, according to the tracking. While it was the holidays and there is production time needed, this delivery timing was unacceptable. Quality refunded half of my purchase but I ended up getting another gift elsewhere. I do not recommend for time sensitive gifts for others. Also, Qualtry didn’t provide the opportunity to add a gift note, either and I am now left to wonder if the gift arrived with a receipt and prices!
