I placed my Christmas order in November & received a confirmation email. It never arrived for Christmas after several emails I sent . Finally they responded but I had to rebuy the gifts here in town. It was time consuming.
But in the end they reimbursed me and all was well. Today I’ll deliver my Qualtry gifts. They are nice, as always!
