I ordered the Santa Bags, December 5th, but the site said the bags would ship and arrive in time for Christmas. I waited til December 20th, and still no bags and no email or call to update me on my order (Amazon had updated me on several orders' arrival dates already). So, I decided to call and get an update. Long story short, (after several tries to get a hold of them) Qualtry had known for some time that they would not be getting the bags to personalize from their suppliers in time to ship them for Christmas. They kept saying, "It's not our fault!" It IS your fault if you don't alert your customers (that have already paid for your product to arrive for Christmas) and give them other options! You know, actually give good customer service. I would have been counting on something to arrive before Christmas that wasn't going to be there in time for gifting. Qualtry apologized but did not indicate that they were going to let me know so I could make other arrangements or fix the situation with other similar bags that they had on the site or give me a discount or SOMETHING! Qualtry said I could choose another bag replacement but it would have cost me more $$ since my bags were on sale and bigger (I needed a bigger size). They also would not refund all my money since I had gotten a Groupon. They said I could get a refund from them (that would take days) and then had to go back to Groupon for a refund (which is another long and frustrating experience I've had before). I would think that if you don't update people on the late status of an order (with Christmas items in it) that won't be delivered before Christmas... you would give the customer some sort of help to make things right. NO! I left things as they were (had to buy other temporary bags to make it through Christmas) and the Qualtry bags arrived January 2nd. Horrible experience. I have decided to make my own from now on since I won't be ordering from Qualtry again! I'm sure the bags I make will be done on time and be better quality as well! P.S. I made a review on these bags after talking to customer service but it was not added to the site.
