I realized I made a mistake in the personalized name after placing order. I called within an hour and sent email also to try to fix problem before it goes into production. Cust svc rep said she got my email and confirmed on phone that it will be taken care of. Item arrv but with the wrong spelling! So I called c/s rep again and she told me she couldn't fix it and for me to reorder it with the correct name and she will refund me the cost of this 2nd order. Wasn't too happy with initial svc but happy that Qualtry did fix the problem without too much hassle.
