I am usually very pleased with my products that I have ordered from Qualtry but my most recent order was a surprise and a disappointment. I had ordered two custom dance bags from Qualtry a number of years ago and they have been perfect for my other two girls dance classes. I went to order a 3rd dance bag last month with a custom name on it and when it came in the mail it is the size of a pillow case. It is much too large to use for a dance bag. How someone thinks this is the size of a dance bag is lost on me and now since it is customized I cannot return it and it is not usable. I am really disappointed.
