When I received my order, three out of the four items ordered were wrong. I contacted Qualtry and gave proof by sending pictures of what I received. They promptly said the entire order would be replaced. I received the corrected items in about ten days. I was not too upset because I did not need the items until Christmas. Had I needed them for another earlier occasion, I might have felt differently.
