I have purchased numerous items from Qualtry and I am always happy with the quality and timeliness of my purchases. This purchase of personalized Christmas Hot pads was easy to order since I went through the company directly. When I have ordered from Groupon it is a major problem. YOu buy your coupon spend time ordering and then are redirected to the company website and by the time you get to checkout you are back to the full price. I even have orders that have expired since it is so confusing.
