It was perfectly organized and run. Being met at the Guayaquil airport for our flight to Galapagos was very helpful. One glitch was that we had been told that tips for the naturalists and crew could be done via credit card, but this turned out not to be true. We did have checks, so the problem was not serious, but we had planned on paying with credit cards, not wanting to carry large amounts of cash. All in all, a fantastic trip for a family of 11.
