The staff at Quasar are a joy to work with. They were always an email or phone call away. They kept us up-yo-date on things we needed to do prior to the trip. They arranged our flights from the mainland to the Galápagos which was extremely helpful. They even assisted us by arranging COVID tests to ge done at the hotel prior yo returning to the US. I even had an opportunity to communicate with their online store staff over the phone and the gentleman I spoke to was friendly and professional. I will be looking at Quasar in the future for other vacation opportunities.
