Quasar offered the best tours of the Galapagos, both an eastern route and a western one; and the best crew to passenger ratios. The crew on our tour, which had 16 passengers, totaled 17 crew (counting 2 naturalist guides and 2 crew in training). The support was just awesome and we could just enjoy the wildlife and scenery.
