We felt very taken care of from our information gathering to booking, to mainland arrangements to the trip and back. Quasar seamlessly recovered an ipad that we accidentally left in a Quito hotel and had to delivered to us on our return to Quito. We also booked mainland tours of Colonial Quito and Otavalo with wonderful guide, Miguel through Quasar that were also excellent. Diane Schicke was most helpful and responsive in the trip planning process and knowledgeable in making recommendations for hotels.
