Every aspect of our trip was well organized with timely connections and expert organization. The jeep we used was fully loaded with everything we needed to be comfortable on our journeys. The Atacama Desert portion of our trip was one of our best locations ever. The only downside to the entire trip was at Lago Grey where we were unable to sleep peacefully for two of the four nights there. The window seal was broken therefore on those two especially windy nights the wind “screamed” through the window as well as shook violently. We reported this problem but it was not remedied . Do not stay in room 914!
