The Copeland family of 10 had an outstanding week on Yacht Grace. We were treated like very special people and the staff were fantastic. It would be wrong to single people out but I found the Captain to be efficient & charming and he led a hugely motivated team whose sole aim was to give us a worthwhile, informative holiday. Monica was a superb guide, Ariane ensured we were looked after to the highest standard and I was most grateful to Melanie for ensuring our room was always immaculate. Thank you so much Quesar. You set the highest standards and transferred them to mainland Ecuador when we stayed for a further 3 days in Hacienda Zuleta, a truly wonderful and perfect end our unforgettable holiday
