Still very happy to use the service ,anytime we are in the UK
I DO still believe there should be more flexible outlook given to
Guests travelling a very long way to comply with yr boooking conditions
Eg
Australia to Uk booking is one hell of a difference to control all flights , Transport etc etc
Any change instantly gets a undesired levy . Even though it could be argued
it can assist all parties . ( marketing seems to not be accounted for )
