Really poor - on the phone for ages with no response. Information sent out by email was wrong so caused stress. I emailed them but no reply. So no response by phone or email. Ironically, their pre-recorded phone message stated any abuse from customer would mean the call is terminated - this probably means that those who did manage to get through were so irate with the waiting time that they were furious by the time they got through. Not impressed with this company at all.
