Would leave a one star if possible. Please be aware that they can ring you 7 months after you booked tickets and say they need to move you, some idiot who didn’t leave their name or number but asked me to call them back!!!! Not impressed at all!!!!”
“Really poor - on the phone for ages with no response. Information sent out by email was wrong so caused stress. I emailed them but no reply. So no response by phone or email. Ironically, their pre-recorded phone message stated any abuse from customer would mean the call is terminated - this probably means that those who did manage to get through were so irate with the waiting time that they were furious by the time they got through. Not impressed with this company at all.”
“We are due to see Jimmy Carr tomorrow Wed 11th August at the Plaza in Stockport, Cheshire... the original show was scheduled for 29th April 2020, delayed until 17th August, then again postponed to the date above, so 16 months later due to covid we are finally meant to be actually going to the performance... or so you would think, but you try getting anyone to re send tickets for the new date in hard copy or electronically... in fact good luck getting a response period, so God only knows if we will even be allowed in at the entrance tomorrow & it's also my partners birthday... so thankyou Quaytickets, for the lack of response, the stress caused by the countless attempts in vain to get any kind of response from you solving this issue & your blatant disregard to the customers from whom you were over accommodating to when you were taking the money when purchasing the tickets.... shame on you.”
“Had a gift certificate to rebook a show cancelled due to Covid 19. When I rebooked the show, I used my certificate, however, the full amount was still taken from my bank account. None of the phone numbers provided allow me to contact them, and I am still waiting for a reply via email after being told to send my order number 2 weeks ago to rectify the issue. Aggravating as I am on maternity leave and have little money to spare, especially not £120”
“Very poor service takes ages to contact them via phone and it’s not a free number. Still awaiting a refund from them 8 weeks on and then apparently they do not refund their fee even though they were unable to provide a service. Avoid at all costs.”

I would sincerely like to thank a lovely Customer Service Agent called Hannah, she was an absolute professional delight. I was having problems booking Mike Sweeney’s Extravaganza, I was having trouble with my bank card. Hannah was a true star reserving seats for me, my Dad and Uncle. She called me several times to make sure I knew what was going on and to assure me that I had secured the seats.A great Ambassador for Quay Tickets, my many thanks to you. Caroline, Glasgow”
