I would sincerely like to thank a lovely Customer Service Agent called Hannah, she was an absolute professional delight. I was having problems booking Mike Sweeney’s Extravaganza, I was having trouble with my bank card. Hannah was a true star reserving seats for me, my Dad and Uncle. She called me several times to make sure I knew what was going on and to assure me that I had secured the seats.A great Ambassador for Quay Tickets, my many thanks to you. Caroline, Glasgow
