Do not use this company. Purchased tickets for Thomas the tank engine event with insurance. Couldn't attend due to a illness in the family. I asked for a refund or to move the date. They won't do anything quoting their T&Cs. The invoice doesn't show insurance. They said it doesn't show. I asked for a booking confirmation to confirm I bought insurance and they are not responding. Day light robbery
