I bought a golf practice net in January and unfortunately suffered a component defect which I reported to QuickPlay UK in February. They responded immediately and with no quibbles agreed to replace the defective part. You don’t often get after sales customer service as good, prompt or as understanding as this. Excellent service, hence a five star review.
