Product arrived with a faulty frame - However - after contacting them via email and FB Messenger they replied very quickly. I had to send photo proof of the fault and within the hour a new order was placed for me with a replacement frame. The product arrived the next day.
Product is now operational and my daughter is enjoying using it.
I would recommend this company and the product, customer service (if you had any issues) excellent too !
