Great customer service. My son has the goal/rebounder. One of the posts broke within 2 years and was replaced quickly and free of charge. When I then needed to order a replacement net and post a few years later, they were easy to order and arrived very quickly. Tracy in customer services was helpful and responded to all emails very quickly. Couldn’t ask for better customer service .
