Exceptional product support from Quickplay. Most companies tend to quibble when a customer encounters a problem, but Quickplay's customer service has been nothing short of exceptional in terms of speed and resolution. We have been delighted with their Elite football goals (the goals are very sturdy) and we will most definitely buy again. 5 star service all round.
