We were very impressed with the customer service. We purchased the spot rebounder 7 x 7 which is great quality but one small part was missing. We emailed and the response was fantastic - next morning delivery! We look forward to our grandson having hours of fun with the rebounder net. Our granddaughter will also use it for tennis practise - so win win!
