Bought for grandsons birthday, checked tracking to see when delivery was expected only to find it hadn’t been dispatched and DPD were waiting for it. Emailed Quickplay and had a reply immediately apologising from Tracy in CS saying she had instructed wharehouse to dispatch immediately, received item next day, so thank you very much. But if I hadn’t checked delivery I would never have received it on time. Would recommend buying from Quickplay
