I had an excellent experience with Quickplay. They had the best costumer service I have dealt with in a long time. Our rebounder had a hole so I contacted them as it was under warranty. They promptly got back to me, had me fill out a simple form and they sent me a new one right away. They were exceptionally kind, thorough, and prompt in serving my needs. I would highly recommend this company for its customer service and we have enjoyed the product as well!
