I had a problem with the first, DHL lost the order and it was next day delivery. I got in contact with QUICKPLAY and a lady named Tracy reordered the item and got it delivered this time successfully. Nothing was to much for Tracy I can't thank her enough she went above and beyond. A credit to the company.
