So here's my honest review. the net I bought looks amazing but two parts arrived broken, the plastic end clip to the cross-member bar that goes along the bottom, (looks like a T piece with a hole in it to fit the other bar) and the elastic that is meant to hold the 3 parts of the upright together, appears to have frayed apart completely.
customer service is non-existent and the only communication I've had despite two emails over 3 working days was a request to review my purchase.
