I feel lucky I received my item before Christmas having contacted Quickplay on the day it was due to be received and the order having not even been processed at that point. This was made worse by then trying to blame the courier rather than accept responsibility. I asked them to call me directly (so that I could collect the parcel) and instead they despatched it with little time to spare before sending an email. This was followed up by a similar experience the following day. If I ask for a call, it is not because I want an email. A really poor experience overall that was only salvaged by the parcel arriving in the nick of time, hence the second star.
